How we do business

Straight deals, kept promises

Good suppliers come back when every deal is fair. These are the rules we keep on every deal, big or small.

Honest grading

We tell you which grade your material is and why, before anything is shipped. No downgrading after the truck arrives.

Everything in writing

Price, grade, payment and collection terms are agreed in a written contract before the material moves.

Open numbers

You receive the weights for every lot. For assay lots you also receive the sampling and lab results the settlement is based on.

Paid as promised

50–70% is paid in advance after inspection, and the balance is paid on the terms in your contract.

People, not a call centre

Roho is a small team led by its two owners. We visit suppliers in person, and you always talk to someone who can make the decision.

Legal and traceable

A permitted facility, the correct EU shipment documents for every load, and metals recovered at licensed refineries instead of mined again.

What we buy

Every grade of board, from phones to power supplies

The value of a board comes from its gold, silver, palladium and copper. We sort what you send into grades and price each one on its own, so high-grade material is never averaged down.

High grade

Phones, CPUs and server boards

  • Mobile phone and tablet boards
  • Server and telecom boards
  • Ceramic and plastic CPUs, RAM modules
  • Gold finger edge connectors

Highest gold and palladium content. Keep separate from other grades.

Medium grade

PC and laptop motherboards

  • Desktop and laptop motherboards
  • Network, interface and add-on cards
  • Hard drive boards
  • Printer and office equipment logic boards

Accepted with or without heatsinks and batteries. Tell us which.

Low grade

TV, monitor and appliance boards

  • TV and monitor boards
  • Power supply boards
  • Household appliance controls
  • Mixed boards with large components

Mostly copper value. Best priced in larger, dry, sorted lots.

We also buy whole hard drives (HDD), shredded or granulated PCB material and mixed board lots. If you are not sure which grade you have, send photos and we will grade it for you.

How it works

From first photo to payment

One contact person handles your lot from the first message to the final settlement.

  1. Send details

Photos, grade, estimated weight and where the material is located.

  2. Get an offer

A fixed price per grade. From one full container (about 17 t) you can choose assay-based pricing instead.

  3. Inspection

Depending on the volume, we come and look through the material in person, wherever it is.

  4. Prepayment and collection

You receive 50–70% in advance. We collect the material and prepare the shipment documents with you.

  5. Weigh and settle

We weigh the lot at our facility and pay the balance. Assay lots get 70% up front on the preliminary metal content and are settled on the final assay.

Compliance

A permitted e-waste facility in the EU

Roho OÜ holds environmental permit KL-527001, issued by the Estonian Environmental Board (Keskkonnaamet), for sorting, dismantling and repackaging electrical and electronic waste at our site in Tallinn.

Cross-border shipments follow the EU Waste Shipment Regulation. Inside the EU, green-list material travels with the Annex VII document and a recovery contract that we prepare with you. For material from outside the EU, we prepare the prior notification with you and ship only after the competent authorities have given consent.
